• Those who have been working for less than 3 years or students from junior year to graduate school.
• No specific industry background required, consulting related work or internship background is preferred.
• You will need to participate in information collection, desk research, data research, customer interview, and the writing of project report documents under the guidance of Project Manager.
• Be passionate about public welfare, have a strong sense of responsibility, and can devote 10-15 hours per week.

A Better Community ("ABC") is dedicated to providing consulting services for NGOs in China. The key challenge of China’s non-profit sector is the lack of talent. ABC is one of the very few pro-consulting service providers, and we have brought hundreds of cross-sector talents in serving NGOs in China.
