Positive Character and Well-being Laboratory

Positive Character and Well-being Laboratory is founded by a team of researchers from City University of Hong Kong (Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences) who are passionate about the study of forgiveness and well-being. Our research covers topics related to positive characters (i.e., forgiveness and forbearance), self-regulation and well-being, and their underlying processes in the context of interpersonal relationships. We hope to spread and share our expertise and knowledge on forgiveness, as well as to promote forgiveness, positive relationships and social-emotional wellness in our community.
