Help us create and add the function of user accounts to our website
Project Details
What we need
- Help us create a function where individual users can create their own user account on our website (users should have their own unique ID)
- Implement a system to track the user's account's activity (ex. what activities have they signed up for)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript will be preferred
Background
We are launching an activity campaign, with the website as a place where participants can register which activities they want to join.
What we have
We have already established a website (via webflow). A virtual meeting can be arranged to introduce and update our website design and development.
Why this is important
Our laboratory is holding the campaign as research. That means the participants' record of joining activities will be used as research data. The user account will help us keep track of who has participated in which activities, and let users know what info has been recorded.

What we do
Positive Character and Well-being Laboratory is founded by a team of researchers from City University of Hong Kong (Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences) who are passionate about the study of forgiveness and well-being. Our research covers topics related to positive characters (i.e., forgiveness and forbearance), self-regulation and well-being, and their underlying processes in the context of interpersonal relationships. We hope to spread and share our expertise and knowledge on forgiveness, as well as to promote forgiveness, positive relationships and social-emotional wellness in our community.
