As a registered charity, YAMA Foundation removes barriers to wellbeing through yoga, art, and meditation therapy programmes that are accessible, rehabilitative, inclusive, and trauma-informed. Since 2016, we have been providing accessible wellbeing services to our city’s most vulnerable populations.
