Donna has over 20 years of HR and Development experience across different industries including Fashion; Perfumes and Cosmetics; Wines & Spirits and Hospitality, etc. Her last position was VP Human Resources of LVMH Fashion Group China with track record in facilitating new business HR set up; successful accomplishments in handling company restructuring and cultural change; taking lead in contingency actions during pandemic outbreak.
