Asia Miles is open to anyone aged 2 or above and is free to join.

• The Asia Miles prizes may take about 6-8 weeks to be credited into the volunteers' Asia Miles account, and will remain active if the volunteers earn or use Miles in their Asia Miles accounts at least once every 18 months. No Miles extensions will be permitted. 
• The Miles cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and shall not be transferred to another individual.
• Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the volunteer.
