兌換 2 張 演戲家族 Actors' Family 所主辦的《男湯》音樂劇圍讀門票，稱兄道弟的男校舊友——Gabriel、Richard、Jeremy和Adam，一同到日本旅行享樂。他們下榻溫泉旅館，就在男湯的更衣室寬衣解帶之際，Gabriel、Richard和Jeremy忽然獲悉Adam的一個重大決定。
Richard和Jeremy認為應該尊重Adam的意願，唯獨Gabriel堅持阻止。三男愈演愈烈，重新抖出過往的事件，揭示他們的男性危機。各人卸下男子氣概，赤裸裸地面對自我，坦誠相對⋯⋯
