- 圖片只供參考。
- 體驗進行期間，將有工作人員拍照或錄影紀錄。
- 體驗一經兌換，即被視為最後決定，不得修改、退回、取消或交換。

- 當8號颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警告在活動當日中午12時生效時，工作坊將會延期或取消，請與PROJECT MOOON聯絡有關安排。
- PROJECT MOOON會視乎特別情況決定是否將工作坊延期或取消，並會儘快以短訊通知參加者。
- 參加者需同意在報名表格上收集之個人資料，將用作聯絡有關此活動及其他主辦單位之活動及資訊。如要更改或刪除個人資料，會以書面通知PROJECT MOOON。(請參閱香港法例第486章：個人資料(私隱)(修訂)條例中，有關閣下保護私隱之權利。)
