改編香港推理小說大師陳浩基獲獎小說《13．67》，故事講述由1967年到2013年間，主角神探關振鐸屢破奇案背後的香港社會現象，逃獄、綁架、槍戰、富商、炸彈狂徒、偶像復仇的故事。
