About Raymond

Raymond C W Kwok is the Senior Investment Director at Nan Fung Group. Mr. Kwok is responsible for the Group’s real estate investment activities in overseas markets particularly operations in UK, and heads up the Group's Global Property Research and Analytics initiative. Before joining Nan Fung, he worked in acquisitions at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners. Mr. Kwok also worked as an architectural designer at Skidmore Owings & Merrill in New York. He obtained his Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Session Scheduling Policy
After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to application cancellation and the following:
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
