More experienced yogis will enjoy the opportunity to explore further into their practice. If you’re a new yogi, you’ll find the steady pace and detailed instruction will help you to become familiar with some of the postures you’ll encounter in other classes. Modifications are offered throughout and the use of props makes this an ideal session for those working with physical limitations.

- The reward is valid for 3 months from the day of redemption.
- Booking is subject to availability only.
