- 成功報名後，Hidden Gems Travel 會有活動詳情給參加者，包括集合地點與時間，及需注意事項。
- 活動當天有機會要求出示針紙證明，如屆時未能提供，Hidden Gems Travel 有權不讓閣下隨行。
- 根據現有規例下，手持安心出行「紅碼」及「黃碼」人士不能參與本地團。
- 若當天八號風球、黃雨或以上的風暴正在生效，活動將延期舉辦。；至於現場情況，Hidden Gems Travel 會視乎雨勢決定是否暫停活動。Hidden Gems Travel 將隨時留意天氣變化，若出現惡劣天氣，Hidden Gems Travel 會在活動兩小時前再作決定，請參加者留意電話。
- 如因參與任何活動而導致的任何損傷及損失，Time Auction 均不會負責。
- Time Auction 對是次活動擁有修改、變更或取消之權利。
- 如有任何爭議，Time Auction 保留對所有事宜的最終決定權。
