About Sophie

Sophie is currently the Agile coach and Chief Operation Officer at PALO IT. With over 25 years of work experience, she understands deeply the pain points when it comes to the implementation of workplace culture and practices. At the same time, she has extensive experience in group and individual coaching for people with diverse backgrounds.

To be specific, Sophie is good at topics related to career, leadership, self-organisation and Agile. During the session, she may use her coaching knowledge and techniques to help you to identify your purpose in life and intrinsic values.

If you feel stuck and don't know what's your best course of action, Sophie is happy to assist you to find new perspectives which in turn will reveal new options at your hand.

No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.

1st strike: 1-month suspension
2nd strike: 3-month suspension
3rd strike: Banned
