With over 25 years of work experience, she understands deeply the pain points when it comes to the implementation of workplace culture and practices. At the same time, she has extensive experience in group and individual coaching for people with diverse backgrounds.

To be specific, Sophie is good at topics related to career, leadership, self-organisation and Agile. During the session, she may use her coaching knowledge and techniques to help you to identify your purpose in life and intrinsic values.
