The class will be conducted in Cantonese.

In this class, our yoga instructor Irene will start with a series of deep stretching practice. Stretching your body gently doesn’t only help release all the muscle tension that accumulates day by day, it also calms your mind and lets go of any anxiety and negative thoughts in you.

And it’s time to welcome some good energy!

With the aid of crystal bowls, we will practise pranayamas (yogi breathing exercise) and meditation. While the healing sounds are washing over you, you will experience a deep relaxation, helping to promote new awareness of yourself and prepare yourself for new challenges with an open heart and open mind.

• Arrive 10 mins earlier before the class to prepare yourself. Washroom and changing room are available.
• Students who are late for more than 15 mins are not allowed to enter the class.
• Cosy clothes encouraged!
• True love doesn't last forever but plastic does! Bring your own bottle! We provide water here.
