Scuba Diving Experience with 114˚E Hong Kong Reef Fish Survey

Did you know that Hong Kong’s reef fish diversity is comparable even to the tropical Caribbean? Join the 114˚E Survey’s project dive boat to discover Hong Kong’s underwater world! Reward includes two dives with experienced fish-watchers, basic gear rental (see details under ‘Terms and Conditions’), and an introduction to Hong Kong’s 380+ reef fishes.

Terms and Conditions

Dive date must fall between June and July 2022. Volunteer is welcome to discuss with the 114˚E Survey team to schedule the actual date. Local regulations on restrictions to group gatherings and related pandemic-response measures must be taken into consideration.
Volunteer must be at least 18 years old on day of dive.
Volunteer must be a certified SCUBA diver of PADI Advanced Open Water level or equivalent and completed at least ten dives in Hong Kong waters. Volunteer will be required to present their proof of certification.
All reward activities, including two dives and introduction session must be completed on the same day.
Gear rental includes Buoyancy Control Device (BCD), regulator, wetsuit, fins, dive mask, snorkel, tanks, weight belt and weights. Dive computers, underwater photography equipment and other accessories are not included.
Reward photos are for reference only.
Reward cannot be returned or exchanged.
Volunteer warrant that the redeemed reward is for their own personal use only. It is not transferrable and resalable.
Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the volunteer.
In case of dispute, Time Auction, Swire Trust and BLOOM Association Hong Kong reserve the right of final decision on all matters.
