我們需要

• Attend a briefing on 21 March 4:00pm
• Help setup the venue in the morning of the event; Manage and change room setup with furniture layout according to session requirements;
• Greet guests, marking attendance and give out name badges, give directions to guests;
• Support AV and computer setup; Passing mics around the audience; collect business cards;
• Capture highlights of the day, writing down key points of discussions, collecting and passing messages from audience;
• Help guests get their food and drinks, set up coffee, lunch, snacks and drinks stations; Keeping the place clean and tidy.
• Attend the event on 29 March 8:30am to 6:30pm (volunteer must attend whole event)
• Dress code for volunteers: All black

CREATIVE COLLISION is Shared Value Initiative Hong Kong's annual flagship event. For the fourth year in-person, we convene business, civil society, public sector and social innovation leaders for an interactive “non-conference”. Throughout an experiential day, participants will look for solutions to social and environmental issues. Our goal is to accelerate the transition, to regenerative and positive impact. By volunteering with us, you will attend one of the most innovative events that break through common challenges and enable attendees to deliver greater impact through new business ideas and uncommon connections.

A briefing session will be held before the event day to introduce the event and the tasks assigned to each volunteers. Lunch and coffee will be provided on the event day.
