• Dates of the workshops: 15 and 22 November 2021, and 6 December 2021; Time: 11:45 am to 1:25 pm
• Lead and facilitate capacity building workshops offered to low-resource secondary schools in a fun, engaging, and interactive way based on the lesson plan and guidelines provided
• Inspire students to think in imaginative ways, encourage and motivate students to participate in activities
• Manage class discipline as needed
• Manage volunteers for on-site support and facilitation, conduct short briefing with volunteers prior to and after each workshop
• Work closely with Kids4Kids staff to enhance workshop quality

Requirements: *Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic *Experience in working with young people preferred *Able to speak English and Cantonese fluently, Mandarin a plus *Openness to work with youths from different nationalities and backgrounds *Good interpersonal and public speaking skills *Good classroom management skills *Flexibility to work on weekdays and commit to delivering full 3 workshops (3 x 2 hours) per school *Able to provide Vaccination record (if vaccinated) or Covid Test records each time in advance of each workshop (if not vaccinated) *Able to provide the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) record
