- Regular management of social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Prepare ideally 3-5 social media posts per week & help with responding to comments/ inbox messages
- Adhering to appropriate communication protocols, branding, and maintaining a professional tone
- Drafting engaging and respectful captions in both Traditional Chinese & English that convey our mission and messages
- Maximizing views and interactions through strategic content planning
- Growing our following and fostering a sense of community
- Prefer volunteer who can commit a minimum of 6 months

We are a local charity working tirelessly to offer refugees in Hong Kong legal and mental health support. We are seeking a dedicated individual to help us as a Volunteer Social Media Manager. This remote position involves managing our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts, where you'll have the opportunity to shape our online presence and engage with our audience.
