• Join a briefing call to learn more about our organisation, the questions we have and our expectations on the takeaways
• Hold a 1 to 1.5 hour zoom session
• The volunteer can opt to teach the InspiringHK team in person at their Quarry Bay office
• Offer guidance to full-time team members at InspiringHK on how to use Airtable’s functions efficiently
• Volunteer should have an existing Airtable account for demonstration purposes
• Volunteers who are open to address any ongoing questions about Airtable we may have for the first 3 months are preferred

InspiringHK just reached its 10th anniversary and we are planning for the next 10 years of impact. With the organisation's expansion, the InspiringHK team is handling an increasing number of programmes and events. Given the significant amount of data involved, it is necessary to explore a more efficient working system and software for data management and CRM.
