我們需要

• Join 1 hour briefing and brainstorming session
• Assist in the "Wellbeing support scheme to underprivileged child" twice a month (2.5 hours per session), on Tuesdays and Fridays 3:00pm-5:30pm
• Carry out workshops/seminars in your specialty, such as yoga, stretching, handcrafted, nutritionist, or anything you are interested in
• Workshops will be held in an area around 50-100 sq. ft., we also have a basic budget for material sourcing!

背景資料

We are launching a "Wellbeing support scheme to underprivileged family" for working poor families in Kwai Tsing district. During the program, we encourage mothers to bring their children along and take part in the side activities. Mothers are invited to join our relaxation, nutrition and exercise activities in order to promote “Me time” and encourage them to take good care of own health and wellbeing. These Chinese children will be aged 6-12 years old. We are looking for volunteers to assist in the developing and implementing activities for their mum and children respectively.

我們可提供的資源

We have previous experience to share with the volunteers. We have a space around 50-100 sq. ft. and can provide stationery, TV, laptop, projector & screen, gym equipment, yoga mats, board games, shared kitchen.

We hope to invite more like-minded people to take care of the beneficiary and practice primary care concept through well-being workshops.
