• Join us for a call or f2f meeting for an hour to learn more about our organization and event objectives
• Review our marketing plan and ideas and offer your suggestion to raise awareness of our event, reaching more target audiences
• Support us in the implementation of our marketing plan for our baseball event (Intergenerational Baseball League) which will be hosted on 16 April 2023
• Help us to establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders (e.g. media) to boost our event in a short time period
• Volunteers with 5+ years experience is preferred

背景資料

The "Hong Kong Intergenerational Baseball League" program uses baseball as a medium to encourage youths and elderly individuals aged 50+ to learn from each other through sports and games, and work together in pursuing their dreams. Interested youths and elderly individuals are selected to form intergenerational baseball teams. These teams go through a three-month "Intergenerational Spring Training" before participating in the official competition. Our goal is to make baseball a popular sport for both young and old by establishing the "Hong Kong Intergenerational Baseball League" as an annual intergenerational event in Hong Kong.

We will provide a briefing to align the expectations, objectives, and goals of the event. Our team will support you throughout the process. You are also invited to meet and play with our intergenerational baseball team to gain a better understanding of our players and our project mission.

Our organization's first public event is the "Hong Kong Intergenerational Baseball League". Our goal is to promote baseball as a popular sport for both the young and old by establishing it as an annual event in Hong Kong. In the long-run, we aim to encourage the community to form more intergenerational baseball teams and promote age integration and intergenerational sports.
