我們需要
- Provide administrative support on the class roster of hundreds of volunteers in the B&B English Enrichment Program
- Manage about 50 WhatsApp groups as "Group Admin"
- Admin work includes updating of information like volunteers attendance, students attendance, Class Zoom IDs, relevant teaching materials, etc.
背景資料
In the last academic year, we ran more than 1,030 Zoom Classes in our programs. An Administrative Assistant can support effective management of volunteers' duty roster.
