我比「阿愁」更愁，怎麼辦？兌換 Antares Counseling & Education 的與「阿愁」同舞隨談，讓我們一同面對焦慮，找到力量和希望的出口。
有時候，我們會覺得自己比身邊的人更加煩惱和憂愁。面對生活中的種種挑戰和困境，我們可能會感到無助和絕望。然而，我們必須記住，抑鬱症並非不治之症，只要得到適當的關懷和支持，患者都能夠走向康復。
日期：2024年9月12日（星期四）
時間：8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
地點：中環

作為關心他人的，我們應該如何和抑鬱症患者同行呢？首先，我們需要真心地關懷和理解他們的感受。不要輕易地下定論或給出建議，而是耐心傾聽，給予同理心和支持。即使在他們最黑暗的時刻，也要堅定地陪伴左右，讓他們感受到被愛和被接納。
同時，我們也要鼓勵患者尋求專業的幫助，如心理輔導或醫療治療。這些專業的協助可以幫助他們更好地管理情緒，找到走出困境的方法。我們可以陪伴他們尋找合適的資源，並提供必要的協助。
這個隨談，心理輔導員、作家李天恩將會和大家分享如何與阿愁「起舞👣」的心得。
