根據《香港精神健康調查2010-2013》，混合焦慮抑鬱症是本港最普遍的情緒問題（約7%），其次是廣泛性焦慮症（約4%）。阿焦其實在你生命內扮演著甚麼樣的角色？他和強迫症其實又是怎樣的親屬關係？阿焦用顫抖、抽搐、緊縮、扭曲等各種方式釋放緊張，你們又能明白他嗎？
