MetCon classes are conducted in a circuit-training format with various work-to-rest ratios. Every time you will utilise all major muscle groups by executing different movements and exercises. Your heart rate and breathing rate will be pushed to a high level! A very satisfying sweat is guaranteed!

• If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notice Hustle Fitness at least a 3-hour notice. If a cancellation is made within the 3-hour window or you no-show to a session, the session will be deducted from your package/ no rescheduling will be arranged, except in the event of an emergency (Depends on the nature of the event and proofs may be required)
