普拉提以瑜伽的動作,增加肌肉和關節柔韌性,改善肌肉失衡,強化腰腹核心力量,並改善體形以預防慢性勞損的運動。它針對身體各部位肌肉進行訓練,提升全身綜合能力和深層肌肉,增強穩定性。此外還能提升心肺功能,促進血液循環,深呼吸使氧氣有效傳遞至全身肌肉和器官,幫助肌肉恢復。
爆汗塑形是一個結合有氧運動和普拉提運動的工作坊,可以幫助你瘦身,塑形和健身。你將使用阻力帶,普拉提球和輕量的重量器材來鍛煉你的全身並燃燒卡路里。

Pilates, with its yoga-like movements, increases muscle and joint flexibility, corrects muscle imbalances, strengthens the core strength of the waist and abdomen, and improves body shape to prevent chronic strain injuries. It targets the muscles of various parts of the body for training, enhances the overall ability of the body and deep muscles, and enhances stability. In addition, it can improve cardiopulmonary function, promote blood circulation, deep breathing effectively delivers oxygen to the muscles and organs of the body, helping muscles recover.
Sweat and sculpt is a workshop that combines cardio and pilates exercises to help you get lean, toned and fit. You will use resistance bands, pilates balls, and light weights to work on your whole body and burn calories.
