About Neo

Neo is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse set of skills and experiences in real estate, finance, and IT. He has served as CEO at Propcap Technologies Ltd, a startup member under the Cyberport community, where he developed and operated an international real estate secured lending platform. Prior to this, he was the CEO at Convoy International Property Consulting Limited, providing international property consulting and management services.

Neo has also worked at Morgan Stanley in various roles over several years. He served as an Executive Director Portfolio Trading, Equity, executing and facilitating Asian equities across the region, with a focus on Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, and ASEAN markets.

As a highly skilled IT professional, Neo holds a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certification, Sun Solaris 7 System Administration Certification, and a certification as an IBM Data Science Specialist. He is fluent in Japanese and has authored several publications on real estate investment, including ‘Japan Property Investment Winning Rules’ and ‘Canadian Property Investment Winning Handbook.’

  After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to application cancellation and the following:

  • 1st strike: 1-month suspension
  • 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
  • 3rd strike: Banned

• No-Show Policy
  For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.
