Redeem a Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil)’s Ticket Pass exclusively offered to the Volunteer of Time Auction. The HK Phil presents symphonic repertoires from classical masterpieces to delightful orchestral tunes with distinguished conductors and soloists all over the world. Holder of the Ticket Pass can redeem 2 tickets at mainstage ticketed concert(s) presented by HK Phil scheduled from now to 6 July 2024.

Upon successful redemption, The HK Phil will contact Ticket Pass Holder personally for ticket reservation.

About the HK Phil
The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil) is recognised as Asia’s foremost classical orchestra. Presenting more than 150 concerts over a 44-week season. In 2019 the HK Phil became the first orchestra in Asia to receive the prestigious Gramophone Orchestra of the Year Award, under the leadership of Music Director Jaap van Zweden. This Ticket Pass is valid until 6 July 2024.
Holder of Ticket Pass is eligible to redeem two (2) top-priced tickets for mainstage ticketed concert(s) presented by the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil) scheduled from 15 December 2023 to 6 July 2024, with the price limit of $680 for each ticket. Should the top-priced ticket exceeds the limit of $680, tickets of the next highest price within the limit shall be offered.
The following concert tickets CANNOT be redeemed by the Ticket Pass: Swire Symphony Under The Stars, Swire Classic Insights Series, community concert, HKPhil x Tai Kwun: Chamber Music Series, as well as other non-mainstage and free concerts presented by HK Phil.
Issued Ticket Pass cannot be returned, sold, refunded and exchanged.
Tickets are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat allocation is subject to availability. Each ticket admits one person only.
Holder of Ticket Pass should place the booking request to HK Phil’s Development Department at least 10 working days before the concert date. Ticket availability will be confirmed by the HK Phil. Holder of Ticket Pass shall warrant that the redeemed ticket(s) will be used in person. Redeemed ticket(s) is/ are not transferrable and resalable.
It is advised to collect the ticket(s) 15 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break or the intermission.
Holder of Ticket Pass might be required to present his/her identity documenet for ticket redemption.
Only holder of valid concert ticket will be admitted to the performance venue.
Once the booking request has been confirmed, the redemption will be considered final and cannot be amended or cancelled.
Except for concert cancellation and rescheduling, unrdeemed tickets will be forfeited and relevant ticket quota cannot be retrieved. The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra reserves the right to change the programme and artists.
In case of any dispute, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra’s decision shall be final.
The reward photos are for reference only.
Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final for the volunteer’s own personal use only and cannot be amended, returned, transferred, resold, exchanged or cancelled by the volunteer.
In times of Tropical Cyclones and Rainstorms, please contact the reward sponsor directly for arrangement.
In the case of dispute, Time Auction reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
