Redeem a Barre Class spot at Barre Formula in TST. They are the very first Barre studio in Hong Kong using the Barre Body Australia method as a base to create an exercise regimen catering to our local community. Exercise is done both on the mat and at the barre with light weights, pilates balls, and resistance bands. With precise movements and heavy repetition, the focus is on lengthening and toning the muscles, while also building strength and endurance. The class will emphasize the technique, form, and flow in preparing you for the advanced level. All levels of fitness are welcome. 

Upon successful redemption, you will receive instructions to make an appointment directly with Barre Formula.
