- The reward will entitle the volunteer to 1 ride on the HKOW VIP Crystal Gondola with a maximum of 3 friends.
- The volunteer will have to book their ride in 3 working days in advance of their visit.
- The reward is valid between 8 July 2021 to 30 June 2022.
- The reward is non-exchangeable or refundable.
- The reward photos are for reference only.
- Volunteers warrant that the redeemed reward is for their own personal use only. It is not transferrable and resalable.
- Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the volunteer.
- In the case of dispute, Time Auction and Hong Kong Observation Wheel reserve the right of final decision on all matters.
- Time Auction late cancellations & no show policy and other terms and conditions apply.
