Dharma Yoga is a  meditative flow that covers the fundamentals of yoga postures and movements on the spine in a slow and gentle way. Join us on the mat with an open heart and a willingness to try new things. Modifications and variations of poses are given subject to the individual’s condition. It is both a physical practice as well as a spiritual journey different aspects of yoga will also be introduced, for instance, pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas (purification techniques), mudras (hand gestures), and meditation.
