- 場地只提供鞋碼為歐碼31-45的雙排溜冰鞋。
- 體驗需要預約並視乎供應情況而定。
- 成功兌換後，請於 3 個月內自行預約，逾期即視為放棄。
- 體驗一經兌換，即被視為最後決定，不得修改、退回、取消或交換。
- 體驗僅供個人使用，嚴禁轉讓或出售。
- 如因參與任何活動而導致的任何損傷及損失，Time Auction均不會負責。
- Time Auction對是次活動擁有修改、變更或取消之權利。
- 如有任何爭議，Time Auction 保留對所有事宜的最終決定權。

Rollalar的條款及細則：
- 全程需要佩戴上口罩。
- 溜冰場上嚴禁飲食。
- 溜冰場上嚴禁追逐嬉戲。
- 大人需照顧好同行小童。
- 嚴禁攀爬鐵圍欄。
- 參加者需閱讀全部條款，並經過合理判斷，同意接受本體驗和全部條款，同意自行承擔本次活動的所有的風險和後果，本公司不會付上任何法律責任。
- 需配合政府最新的防疫措施，而作出變更。受影響訂單恕無法因此而提出取消，只限改期一次。
- 活動期間之照片及影像拍攝將用於本公司記錄及宣傳之用。
- 任何情況下，本公司保留最後決定權。
- 惡劣天氣安排：
- 如溜冰體驗開始前天文台開始懸掛八號風球或以上／黑雨，場所會暫停開放並安排改期一次。
- 溜冰體驗開始兩小時前天文台宣佈降至三號風球和紅雨或以下，場所會如常開放。
- 當溜冰體驗進行中，而天文台宣佈懸掛八號風球或以上／黑雨，場所會繼續開放而該節不設改期。
