兌換一念靜舍的頌缽聲頻療癒體驗，感受頌缽聲音帶來的療癒效果，並紓緩壓力及練習正念！
在90分鐘的療癒旅程裡，頌缽師會先了解你的背景資料，並進行簡單的身心靈評估，以便制定合適的手法；接著你只需躺下，頌缽師會將頌缽放到身體不同的位置敲擊，透過聲頻調節身心的狀態；在療癒完成後，會就著體驗進行晤談，有需要更會提供跟進服務。
日期：7月23日至8月7日（自行預約）
地點：葵興
工作坊將會以中文教學。
導師簡介（小白@一念靜舍）
輔導員，頌缽行者。多年來一直於社福機構工作，服務對象包括青少年、長者、愛滋病病毒感染者等，現從事性別輔導工作，並正接受沙維雅模式家庭輔導訓練。因靜觀結緣，而展開頌缽的修行旅程，先後於香港及遠赴尼泊爾跟隨不同老師學習，經過多年內化和實踐，於2019年正式成立一念靜舍，致力推廣正念生活，藉著聲頻引導案主聆聽內在，找回與自己、與他人、與自然的連結。
