What we need
- We are looking for a e-commerce administrator who had knowledge in Woocommerce, or who has prior knowledge in e-commerce
- Join a 1 hour briefing Zoom call, understand the company, the products we have and our expectation on the changes, specifically on what will have to be improved etc
- On-site meeting and work around the product line, presenting style, web admin platform setting and details
- Start reworking individual categories one by one
- Link up Facebook/Instagram shop
Background
Our current e-commerce website is not organized, it would be wonderful if we could find a volunteer who's able to help with categorising our current products / items - Aiming to keep a consistent outlook and increase positive user experiences.

By increasing our online sales, we would be able to minimise the reliance on chainstore sales, which frees up more budget and capacity for us to support other community programmes.

What we do
Working together with local social enterprises/ NGOs / charity organizations etc., based on the KOL model, we extended that to work with grassroot residents in order to producing products that could increase their income level as well as sustaining food culture. This model has successfully proven works and execute in a smooth way. By making use of our current sales channel, we hope by collaborate with the above parties, we hope that could increase the poverty group’s income level so as to sustaining local/other nations’ food culture. We are also producing mush food for those who needs as well.
