What we need

• Join a 1 hour briefing meeting with Mind HK executives to learn more about the challenges and needs we have.
• Join up to 5 initial introductory meetings with key members to understand gaps and pain points for specific projects
• Research and advise on key digital solutions we can implement to make our work easier, strengthen our services/resources and make them more accessible and secure, and improve internal communication and workflows. E.g. CRM implementation, scheduling tools, project management, AI tools, and data and cybersecurity
• Report to key supervisory team members regularly via email/slack, and have regular check-in meetings (short-calls)
• Help source and screen potential vendors for digital tools and provide relevant guidance and training (if applicable) to staff. This is optional and dependent on volunteer expertise and relevant digital transformation mechanism.

Background

Mind HK is growing exponentially and is about to enter its 7th year of operation. As such, we have an urgent need to enhance our digital infrastructure for both external and internal purposes. The executive team wants to focus on digital enhancement in the coming year to streamline workflows, enhance our impact and reach, and ensure accessibility to all our resources and services. This is a core part of our sustainability plan. We need a consultant to support us in navigating this digital transformation process - from the exploratory to the implementation stage. This is will be integral in helping us enhance our impact across Hong Kong.

Why this is important

Mind HK continues to grow, and our existing systems and software need to adapt/develop in alignment with this. We need the right infrastructure to scale our existing resources and systems securely and effectively. Curating a tech roadmap and enhancing our digital efforts will play a significant role in allowing us to ensure no one in Hong Kong has to face a mental health problem alone.
