Help us manage and keep record of the goods for Incoming Department on weekdays
Project Details
What we need
- Answering calls from donors and replying to emails
- Helping the warehouse reconcile deliveries when needed
- Be the welcoming face of Crossroads at Incoming Department
- Checking for the offer on the Goodcity or adding drop offs as a new offer, manage the office when required
- a minimum commitment of 3 months, volunteering 1 day a week would be required
Background
GoodCity.HK is operated by Crossroads Foundation. Thousands of individual and corporate donors have trusted us to ensure their quality items help those in genuine need since 1995. Any donated goods will be given to charities and individuals in need across both Hong Kong and internationally.
What we have
Volunteer manager will oversee and guide throughout the process, and lunch will be provided.

It is a crossroads between for-profit and non-profit organizations who wish to address global need.
