What we need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and our social media strategy
• Research and create 3-4 bilingual (English and Traditional Chinese) social media posts per month for Facebook & Instagram
• Help us to mange our social media channels
• Experience using Canva is a plus (we have 1 graphic designer volunteer who can support)

We're a fairly new charity organization aims at providing career guidance and inspiring underprivileged youths to realize their full potentialWe're searching for a dedicated social media content creator to help us build our online presence from the ground up.As our Social Media Content Creator Lead, you will be responsible for:💡 Developing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our target audience💻 Creating visually compelling, on-brand content across platforms like Instagram & Facebook📊 Analyzing performance data and optimizing our content approach based on insights🤝 Fostering an active, supportive online community around our mission🗣️ Serving as the voice of our organization on social media

Our co-founders are here to support you in getting started. We have prelim ideas to leverage our career-pedia for engaging social media content, and a design-savvy volunteer who can collaborate on visual materials.

Why this is important

Developing a strong online presence can greatly enhance our ability to reach and serve the underprivileged youth in our target community. By leveraging digital platforms, we can more effectively raise awareness about our mission and the career guidance services we provide and showcase inspiring stories and role models to motivate youth on their career journeys.
