What we need
- Edit our existing Zoom manual, tailored for secondary school students
- Need detailed instructions on how to (1) Integrate Zoom with Google Calendar; (2) Send calendar invite after Zoom link is created
- Please list out step-by-step guidelines, with graphics to make it simple to read and easy to follow
Background
We are hosting the virtual internship for the secondary students. We would like to prepare materials for basic skills to support the students during the internship process.
What we have
The current zoom manual will be provided, we just need the calendar invite part added to the manual.
Why this is important
We found that students have difficulty sending calendar invites after the zoom link is created. This can help us to provided all-rounded support to the student interns.
