What we need
- Join a briefing call to learn more about what we have and our questions
- Advise the preparation work including production (e.g. printing for the donation bags) and volunteer recruitment
- Advise on the logistic arrangement and any other tips we have to be aware of
Background
We are launching a Flag Day on December 31 and urgently need some advice, especially with experience on how to arrange the production, volunteer and logistic, etc. It's our team's first time organising a flag day and we need all the tips you have to ensure that we host this Flag Day successfully.
What we have
You will be working closely with our team, a briefing call will also be provided. We've also prepared all the social media posts, quotations and things that we need so far.
Why this is important
This is our first flag day and the funds raised will be used for sponsoring our community works.
