Help us design and create two journals for our Mentorship Program
WISE HK are excited to launch their first-ever mentoring program: S.H.E - Sports, Health, Empowerment. The program will take place from October - December 2021. It will be a combination of sporting activities and workshops on various topics such as mental health, food, nutrition, time management, etc. The program will use sport as a tool to provide a community and safe space where university students (mentees) and a selection of professional women (mentors) will work together to discover the fortitude of their minds and bodies. The University students will each be assigned a mentor who will act as a role model of a working woman, demonstrating how sports benefits her in her everyday life. We hope the students will develop new skills and knowledge through immersive workshops and sports training.
Branding guidelines will be provided, including colour schemes and logos. All written content for the journal will be provided.
This journal is a fundamental aspect of our Mentorship Program and is essential for helping participants reflect on their personal growth.

Vision: A world where women and girls thrive through sport Mission: Empowering, educating and connecting women and girls through sport We believe in the power of sport to transform lives. Our goal is to break down barriers to sports participation and help girls and women to thrive through sport. Sport is one of the best tools to achieve good health and wellbeing and reduce inequality. WISE uses sports as a tool for empowerment. We support teenagers’ (with a focus on secondary-school aged girls) personal development, including the development of positive mindset, awareness of the self and in the context of society, leadership skills, and employability skills, through a combination of physical activity and educational sessions.
