Offer advice and draft updated HR policies for internal use

What we need
- Join us for a 30 - 45 minute introduction call for our Founder to introduce WISE and the context
- We have existing employment handbook but want to set up a more up-to-date & comprehensive guideline
- Draft HR policies related to leave, training, performance review (and bonus), traveling allowance, safety and health policy, conflicts of interest, work computer and phone
- We are looking for someone with human resources background to support us on this
- We are open to arrange regular catch up meetings and share any feedback you may require
Background
We currently have an employment contract and handbook, but we'd like to set up more guidances and policies
What we have
You'll be working closely with our founder and you'll be provided the employment handbook
Why this is important
As the team grows at WISE, this helps us be clear about certain behaviors and working processes and documentation at WISE.
