Offer financial admin support and oversee our financial transactions and records

What we need
- Join us for a 30-45 minutes call to learn more about our objectives and organization. If more time is needed, we can organise a 2nd call
- Oversee and assist organisational budget and financial report preparation
- Reconcile and monitor financial transactions and bank records
- Prepare balance sheets and invoices
- Time commitment: Around 1 hour per month of workload and a couple hours for onboarding
Background
As we are a small non-profit organization with limited resources, we are in need of a volunteer to offer administrative support and oversee our financial transactions and records. You will on how to develop our financial and accounting system to make it more efficient will be highly appreciated.

Financial records and information about our current financial procedures will be provided.
Why this is important
As we value transparency, having clear financial records would help us communicate with the public and our funders about what we do! As well as help us keep good track of how and where we're spending our resources.
