Event Planning Support - Film Festival 2024
We are seeking dedicated volunteers to support event planning of the film festival execution and pre-event promotional activities

What we need
- Attend the briefing session/ introductory call in Jan/ Feb to learn about us
- Assist in the event planning, venue logistics, ticketing logistics
- Meet with other volunteers to brainstorm ideas (virtually) if need
- Meet with the team to update the progress of tasks if need for 1 hour max
- Experience with event planning or ticket sales are plus, but we welcome all volunteer applications
Background
WISE is organizing a film festival that will showcase a curated selection of films that s dedicated to celebrating diversity, equity and inclusion in sports, outdoor adventure and conservation.
What we have
There will be a briefing session/introductory call to share with the volunteers on the support we need. Throughout the months, WISE team will be helping the volunteers in case they face any difficulties or have any queries.
Why this is important
This fundraiser will allow us to continue delivering our programs in 2024!
