We are seeking dedicated volunteers to support Administration of the film festival execution and pre-event promotional activities

What we need
- Attend the briefing session/ introductory call in Jan/ Feb to learn about us
- Provide administrative support, registration process, compile guest list
- Guidance will be provided by Team WISE on who to reach out t
- Volunteers with experience in managing guest list or documentation, good at MS Word & Google Drive would be preferred
Background
WISE is organizing a film festival that will showcase a curated selection of films that s dedicated to celebrating diversity, equity and inclusion in sports, outdoor adventure and conservation.
What we have
There will be a briefing session/introductory call to share with the volunteers on the support that we would need. Throughout the months, WISE team will be helping the volunteers in case they face any difficulties or have any queries.
Why this is important
This fundraiser will allow us to continue delivering our programs in 2024!
