What we need

• Around 9 hours of photo and video taking for a Caregiver Training Course for ADHD families on 26 July, 3 Aug and 13 Aug
• Required 30-minute pre-event briefing
• All sessions held in SKH Holy Cross Primary School in Kowloon City. 10 min from Kai Tak MTR
• Please bring along professional camera for photo-taking, video clips can be filmed by smartphone

Background

We will host a Caregiver Program for low-income families which have children suffering from ADHD, the beneficiaries of Variety Butterfly Program. There will be training, support group discussion for caregivers, and art jam workshop for the kids. On 3 August, there will be a yoga session for parents and kids and 13 August is the graduation day in the afternoon.

Why this is important

This new initiative aims to help our beneficiaries for a speedy recovery. As part of a comprehensive recovery plan, caregivers will learn more about the sickness, how to address the special needs of the patients and also the caregivers' self needs. Providing a harmonious family environment is conducive to a speedy recovery and is considered to be important besides medication.
