What we need

• Volunteers can choose to support either one or both of the 2 event days
• Join us for a briefing call on 13 June (Tue)
• Take care of children with SEN aged 4 to 10 to take part in group games in the Workshop
• Volunteers who are not using the shuttle bus service are more than welcome to leave by themselves at 2:00pm
• Cantonese speaking volunteers with childcare experience / skills are preferred

Background

Variety Caregiver Program provides professional training and peer support to Caregivers of children with SEN. There will be 2 cohorts per year and there will be 4 sessions per cohort. This Session will be Session 2 of our 2023 Spring Cohort to be held in a day camp format. The volunteers will assist the children in joining the Workshop at the Gym while their Caregivers will join the Seminar and Group Discussion in Activity Room. Coach service between Cheung Sha Wan and Breakthrough Village, and lunch will be provided to all volunteers.

A briefing session via Zoom will be provided on 15 June (Thu) for the volunteers.

Variety Caregiver Program aims at assisting the families of children with SEN in a holistic approach.
