What we need
- Join a 15 min briefing call
- Look into the reason why we have an error 403 on our WordPress website
- Access our host OVH to fix it as necessary
Background
We are having bugs on our Wordpress website that we are unable to fix ourselves. The Website was created by a non-tech person in 2017 and it has not been changed much since. The Error 403 prevents us from accessing some pages and using plugins. As a result we cannot receive donations on the website.
What we have
The volunteer will have all the access rights and briefing call with the staff in charge of the website.
Why this is important
Our website is our main way to collect donations. The holiday season is usually a key time for us to run campaigns. We urgently need the bugs fixed ;)
