Help us assess how to adapt our ‘Baby Care’ Online Course to Hong Kong and Singapore local employers of foreign domestic workers
This course is designed for expectant parents and their domestic workers to become equipped with all the skills and knowledge required to take care of a baby, incorporating the current WHO health standards and recommendations. To enable a successful migration of domestic workers, a symbiotic relationship between employer and employee is paramount. The relationship between the two should be built on trust and fairness. Our aim is to ensure domestic workers are equipped with the skills needed to meet their employers' needs and that employers provide decent work to their domestic workers. By helping employers communicate their expectations to their domestic workers, the course supports the creation of a healthy working relationship.
30-minute briefing call, access to the course content both on our e-learning platform and through Google documents, support staff available for questions by email and potentially WhatsApp.
Our Baby Care course helps us achieve our strategic goal consisting in bringing positive change in society by shifting the narrative and the public perception about domestic workers as well as by equipping employers so they can better respect workers' rights and create healthy relationships with their employees.
