We have been awarded a Google Ad grant and we need help devising campaigns to utilise this
Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organisation and marketing objectives
- We have set up our Google Ad Grant account - We need help creating 1 active campaign with 2 active Ad Groups with 2 active unique ads each, in order to activate the account
- Work with our Tech and Marketing team to come up with campaign ideas and keywords
- Check-in with us on a monthly basis for two months after the campaigns have been set up to review the progress and performance
- Experience with Google paid ads or Ad Grant experience is a must
Background
We recently revamped our website and received a substantial Google Ad grant. We want to drive traffic to our site so people can find and access our free mental health support. As a small charity, we also want to promote our work to potential donors. Finally we provide suicide prevention training and want to find a way to promote that too. We need support in ensuring we utilise the grant well.

Google Ad Grant account access and support from our tech lead.
Why this is important
Free marketing such as this is important to our charity with limited budget. The Ad Grant account will help us reach more people and encourage them to join our mission in providing free mental health support in Hong Kong.

We provide free mental health peer support groups. Our groups are hosted by trained facilitators with lived experience. Peer-to-peer support is a format that The New Normal Charity has proudly adopted from inception. We feel that one of best forms of therapy is to talk to others with similar life experiences. We have been helping people through life’s difficult moments for over three years now- facilitating conversations between individuals who find themselves in very similar positions. Our mission is to make sure no one feels alone no matter what they are going through.
